Wir haben am Tag der Besichtigung eine Kamerafahrt durch den Hauptanschluss gemacht.<\/p><p>Befund: Steinzeugleitung mit kleinem Versatz in 2,3 m, sonst intakt. Keine akute Sanierung n\u00f6tig, aber Information vorhanden f\u00fcr die Kaufpreis-Verhandlung.<\/p><p>Das Befund-Bild und das schriftliche Protokoll bekamen K\u00e4ufer + Verk\u00e4ufer + Notar \u2014 die Verhandlung wurde sachlich statt emotional.
